1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using RepeatJob ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Description of Service

RepeatJob is an SMS reminder service designed for tradespeople and service professionals. The Service allows you to:

  • Create and manage customer follow-up reminders
  • Receive SMS notifications about scheduled reminders
  • Track the status of customer interactions
  • Set recurring reminders for repeat customers

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account using your mobile phone number. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Ensuring your phone number is accurate and up-to-date
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for spam, harassment, or unsolicited marketing
  • Store or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
  • Use automated systems, bots, or scrapers to access the Service
  • Store phone numbers or personal information of individuals without their consent

5. SMS Communications

By using the Service, you consent to receive SMS messages from us at the phone number you provide. These messages may include:

  • Reminder notifications about scheduled customer follow-ups
  • Account verification codes
  • Service announcements and updates

Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your reminder schedule. You can opt out of non-essential messages at any time by replying STOP to any message or by adjusting your settings. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS notifications. Reply HELP for assistance.

You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate consent before storing customer phone numbers and sending them messages using information from the Service.

6. Subscription and Billing

RepeatJob offers both free and paid subscription tiers:

  • Free Tier: Limited to 5 active jobs with full reminder functionality
  • Pro Tier: Unlimited active jobs with priority support, available monthly or annually

For paid subscriptions:

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees associated with your subscription
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • No refunds are provided for partial billing periods, except as required by law or as stated in our 30-day money-back guarantee
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

7. Free Trial

Pro subscriptions may include a 7-day free trial. During the trial period, you will have access to all Pro features. At the end of the trial, your payment method will be charged unless you cancel before the trial ends. Each user is eligible for one free trial only.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RepeatJob and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any data you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your data solely to provide the Service to you.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REPEATJOB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
  • Loss of data or goodwill
  • Service interruptions or failures to send reminders
  • Any damages arising from your reliance on the Service

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT SMS MESSAGES WILL BE DELIVERED SUCCESSFULLY OR ON TIME, AS DELIVERY DEPENDS ON THIRD-PARTY CARRIERS AND NETWORKS.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

  • Breach of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Non-payment of fees
  • Extended inactivity

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may export your data before termination by contacting us. We will retain your data for a reasonable period following termination as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
